Turinabol, also known as Tbol is an oral steroid that was developed specifically to improve the strength qualities of athletes during the 1960 Olympics. It has been nicknamed as a mild form of Dianabol because of its structure. It has been used extensively in the medical field to treat men, women and children and was available in 1mg and 5mg tablets.
Athletes and bodybuilders can expect steady and quality lean mass gains with no risk of water retention. Tbol will not provide dramatic mass gains during a cycle but will produce gains that grow consistently throughout the entire cycle. Bodybuilders will also use Turinabol during cutting and pre-contest cycles because this steroid does not convert to estrogen. Stacking Turinabol is especially beneficial because this steroid will allow the other compounds to do their job more effectively and efficiently.
For beginners, the suggested dose of Turinabol ranges from 30-40mg per day. Intermediates can use 50-80mg per day, while advanced bodybuilders and athletes will dose between 80-100mg per day. Some will bump the dose up to 150mg per day although the risk of negative side effects will increase significantly. Being that the half-life of Tbol is sixteen hours, there is no need to split the dose.
Solo cycles of Turinabol run between six to eight weeks and will produce a boost in strength as well as lean muscle mass. A common steroid cycle stacks Turinabol at a dose of 60mg per day with Testosterone Propionate at 150mg every other day for eight weeks resulting in lean muscle and a tightened physique. Tbol can also be stacked with Trenbolone, Sustanon 250 and Deca-Durabolin.
