If you’re running a test cycle with other estrogenic compounds, you can use this at .5mg one to two times a week if you observe a gyno symptom. Personally, I don’t run a test where the dosage would require me to take AIs as well. Keep in mind that you don’t want your estrogen to crash so start with a low dosage first.

I wish the package had dosing instructions. But to answer your question, I read that you can take one 50mg tab daily for a month. Some articles suggest that you can go up to 100mg daily for a couple of weeks then gradually decrease it when you’re about to stop. These are all recommendations, so I suggest you do your own research as well.

You should tell us what other compounds you are using and how much you’re so we can assess what you need. Arimidex is an anti-estrogen blocker. It’s effectiveness is different for everyone but usually, people take .25mg or .50mg every 3 days. Some don’t take them until they have estrogen buildup in their system. Read more about it if you plan on using it.

You can assess what you need through blood work. Also, it would depend on your cycle and how sensitive you are to estrogen. Through a blood test, you’d know if you need a higher or lower dose. Personally, I am on a 600mg tri test and 400mg Deca per week, so I use .05 every other day with caber .05.

You’d know how much you’ll need if you take a blood test to know your estrogen levels. Some people don’t need AIs (aromatase inhibitors) even if they are at a 250mg dose of test per week. Generally though, .25 to .5mg EOD works well for beginners. If you have puffy or sore nipples, you need to take AI or SERM. Some of the cons of using AIs are user lipids profile, joint problems, loss of sex drive, energy, and IGF-1.
